Quality policy
The management of FOMENTO MERIDIONAL is aware of the importance of maintaining a high level of quality in the service offered to customers and has therefore opted to implement a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard. The certification of this system demonstrates the degree of commitment to the customer, both in terms of the administrative management service provided to other companies in the group and in the rental service for premises, offices and industrial warehouses.
This policy is available to the public and provides the framework for establishing and reviewing the following objectives:
- Ensure that the services and products offered to your customers are timely, reliable and comply with applicable laws, specifications, standards and codes.
- Perform work and provide services in a manner that corresponds to what was offered and to customer expectations.
- Provide them with all available information, support and advice as required.
- Establish training programmes that enable staff to have the appropriate level of qualification to perform the activities included in the System.
- Maintain constant contact with your customers and suppliers in order to collaborate on improving your services from a quality perspective.
- Involve and motivate staff to seek their full participation in the Quality Management System implemented.
- Comply with the legislation and regulations applicable to its activities, as well as other requirements that may be subscribed to.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality in the preparation, handling and archiving of customer-related data.
- Adopt measures for the continuous improvement of the System’s effectiveness and the prevention of quality deviations, based on the Company’s actual possibilities.
Management will establish plans and provide the necessary resources, within its General Policy, to achieve the objectives set out in the Quality Policy.
The Quality Manual is the document that sets out the philosophy and guidelines of the Quality Management System, which are developed in the various procedures referred to therein.
The entire FOMENTO MERIDIONAL organisation is responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the System and, fundamentally, the persons responsible for carrying out the activities included therein.
Management delegates to the Quality Manager the implementation and verification of compliance with the System, for which purpose he is granted the necessary authority and independence within the Company’s organisation.
