Creation of Fomento Meridional.

Mr. Manuel Sánchez Cano founded the company as a family business with participation in different areas of activity.

Colaboradora al Municipio signs its first contract with the Excelentísimo Ayuntamiento de Adra for the management and collection of taxes and municipal taxes.

The five sons become partners, continuing the family character of the company.

Alprosan is created as a housing developer, carrying out numerous promotions in different municipalities.

Reciclados Almerienses 2005 starts its activity as the only concessionaire by the City Council of Almeria for the treatment of construction and demolition waste.

Fomento Meridional acquires part of the Parque Comercial La Cepa in Huércal de Almería.

Diversifies its area of activity starting in the agri-food sector. Acquires 60,000 m2 of land in Ruescas dedicated to the intensive cultivation of fruits and vegetables.

Reciclados Almerienses obtains authorization as a manager in the treatment and composting of vegetable waste. In addition, Iniciativas Empresariales 2001 appears among the first in the province with high productivity in the Financial Analysis of the Andalusian company 2015 prepared by Unicaja Banco.

Stonemar

Inversiones Stonemar is incorporated in the agri-food sector, dedicated to the production, handling and distribution of mango from Agulló, Senegal. Now To this day, Grupo Fomento Meridional continues its expansion and daily growth, offering the province of Almería a value and safe bet for each of the services in which it participates.

Constitución de Fomento Meridional.

Don Manuel Sánchez Cano funda la mercantil como una empresa familiar con participación en distintas áreas de actividad.

1989

Colaboradora al Municipio firma su primer contrato con el Excelentísimo Ayuntamiento de Adra para la gestión y recaudación de impuestos y tributos municipales.

1994

Los cinco hijos entran como socios, continuando con el carácter familiar de la empresa.

1995

Alprosán

Se crea Alprosan como promotora de viviendas, realizando numerosas promociones en distintos municipios.

2001

Relevo generacional con el nombramiento de Luis Sánchez Maldonado como administrador del Grupo.

2003

Marcovi.

Constitución de Inmobiliaria Marcovi con una amplia variedad de viviendas para comprar o alquilar.

2004

Reciclados Almerienses.

Reciclados Almerienses 2005 inicia su actividad siendo la única concesionaria por el Ayuntamiento de Almería para el tratamiento de residuos de construcción y demolición.

2006

Fomento Meridional y Alprosan implantan sistemas de gestión de calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001 en su actividad.

2007

Alteco.

Constitución de Almería Técnicos Constructores que desarrolla su actividad como principal constructora de las promociones que promueve Alprosan.

2012

P.C. La Cepa

Fomento Meridional adquiere parte del Parque Comercial La Cepa en Huércal de Almería.

2014

Diversifica su área de actividad iniciándose en el sector agroalimentario. Adquiere Finca Rústica en Ruescas de 60.000 m2 de terreno dedicada al cultivo de intensivo de frutas y hortalizas.

2015

Reciclados Almerienses obtiene la autorización como gestora en el tratamiento y compostaje de residuos vegetales. Además, Iniciativas Empresariales 2001 aparece entre las primeras de la provincia con alta productividad en el Análisis financiero de la empresa andaluza 2015 elaborado por Unicaja Banco.

2016

Stonemar

Se incorpora Inversiones Stonemar en el sector agroalimentario, dedicados a la producción, manipulación y distribución de mango desde Agulló, Senegal. A día de hoy, Grupo Fomento Meridional continúa su expansión y crecimiento diario ofreciendo a la provincia de Almería un valor y apuesta segura para cada uno de los servicios en los que participa.

2020

Antigua Alcoholera de Adra

Se pone en marcha la antigua destilería de la Alcoholera de Adra para la fabricación y destilación de ron y otros licores basados en la antigua sociedad púnica, permitiendo el crecimiento de la zona.

2022

Iniciativas Empresariales

Iniciativas Empresariales diversifica su área de actividad convirtiéndose en Agente de Seguros Exclusivos de Mapfre.
